Besides, you should avoid food with high proteins. Finally, regular exercise is very important for the function of your heart and lungs. At the same time, regular exercise is also to reduce your chances of gaining weight, preventing many diseases from overweight. If everybody were to do so, there would be much less complainting about poor health.
