答案 Sales Report of the Pacific Ocean Department Store The aim of this report is to compare the sales of men and women’s wear in 2009. The level of unit sales of men’s wear maintained at around 40,000. The sales of men’s wear reached a peak at 60,000 in the second quarter, then fell back to 40,000, and then remained unchanged in the final quarter. The sales of women’s wear, on the other hand, were totally different from the one mentioned above. The sales increased in the second and third quarter, then dropped in the last quarter. Women’s sales, however, were likely to fluctuate, which started off at 60,000, rose dramatically to 100,000 during the second quarter and plunged a little bit during the following quarter, finally fell to their lowest level at 40,000 during the final quarter. It was concluded that the women’s wear was the strongest products in the Pacific Ocean Department Store in 2009.
