Taking exercise on a regular basis will improve the functioning of your body. A recent study shows that doing exercise everyday will help not only to build a healthy body but also to better fulfill an assignment on account that exercise is a way of relaxation. It can be concluded that exercise is of great importance to human beings. As the proverb goes, "health is the key to success" , it is wise for men to spare some time for exercise everyday in their occupied life.
