Finally, it conveys our emotions and attitudes. This is particularly important for successful cross-culture communication.

When we communicate with people from other culture, the body language sometimes helps make the communication easy and 【C9】______ (effect), such as shaking hands is such a universal gesture that people all over the world know that it is a signal for greeting.
