答案 March 12, 2009 Dear Sirs, We duly received the goods of our order No. A 210 on 20 March, 2008, but it is with great regret that we have to complain about the problems in packing and quality. We found, upon examination, that Bales Nos. 4 and 7 do not appear to have been packed in waterproof material and have become very saturated in transit. As a result, the textile fabrics that are contained have been very badly stained and show signs of rotting. We have also found that the textile fabrics in Bale No 3 are not the same as the sample. They appear to be too loosely woven and pull out of shape very easily. Under separate cover we have sent you a cutting of this material and also one from the sample so that you will be able to compare them for yourselves. We have always been able to rely on the high quality of your material and packing and feel sure that as a matter of good will, you will wish to take the action needed to help us get over this present difficulty.
