Granted that neither the Treaty nor Additional Protocol(议定书)II admit of reservations,the satisfaction that such declarations would give my delegation would not be affected by their similarity to that of the United Kingdom,i. e. by being accompanied by an interpretation of the kind given by Lord Caradon at the 1508th meeting.
