答案 It depends on the economic trend whether there will be an interest rate hike. If the People’s Bank of China failed to curb over-investment in such sectors as steel, property, cement and aluminum by other means, it would resort to rate increases just as developed countries have to meet similar situations. Economists point out that the central bank, however, still has worries because interest rate increases would lure even more overseas capital into China to cash in on the already big rate gaps between Renminbi and foreign currencies including the US dollar, resulting in heightened pressures on Renminbi appreciation. If more so-called "hot money" flows into China, the central bank will purchase it under the current stringent force administration by releasing more Renminbi base money unwillingly, offsetting its efforts to rein in money supply. So, experts believe the central bank will announce rate hikes. As the old saying goes, you can’t make bricks without straw. If the equipment is outmoded, your staff can only make very limited improvement to the production quality. Their potentiality would be wasted, no matter how skillful they are. A knife in match for a gun, sticking to your out-of-date weapon could only lead to a crushing defeat in the battle. His principle also applies to the war of business. And the staff members are priceless resources for an organization. A department manager should look upon his subordinates as his own children. Why do parents send their kids to school and pay for their tuitions? Parents want their children to be equipped with skills that will allow them to be productive and prosperous. A manager’s investment in their subordinates education should strive for the same goal.
