答案 It is shown in the picture that a lady is pushing a baby in a stroller. Not far from them, two vehicles are giving off lots of exhaust. Under the picture, the caption reads: "Baby vacuum cleaner". The intention of this picture is to draw people’s attention to the seriousness of car exhaust problem and its great harm done to the environment and our vulnerable future generation. In my opinion, car emission is a serious problem and measures should be taken to tackle it. For one thing, green house gases emitted from cars, to a certain extent, exacerbate the climate change and ozone depletion. For another thing, particles in the exhaust might cause acute rhinitis and breathing disorders. Babies and children could be severely victimized by the exposure to such hazardous environment. To avoid all these, the authorities concerned should ban all vehicles from the road, unless they meet a stringent standard in emission. Besides, clean energy vehicles, such as electric cars, should be subsidized and encouraged among citizens. With these measures in place, we would ensure that our future generation still enjoys fresh air.
