It seems that smart phones have already become an indispensable part in teenagers’ daily lives. However, some of them are indulging in smart phones, which largely influences their study and normal life. I think that teenagers spending be restricted to using smart phones. First of all, teenagers spend much time on smart phones in classroom will do harm to their study and have side effects on others. In this situation, teachers could bring more interesting reading to teenagers’ study and distract their attention on smart phones. What’s more, parents could tell their children to turn off their phones, encourage them to go outside and communicate with others face to face. In a word, doing more exercise and forming optimistic attitude towards life will benefit teenagers’ life if they put aside the smart phone.
