If I had an opportunity to meet a well-known person from the world of sports, Michael Phelps would be the ideal choice. He is an American competitive swimmer and the most decorated Olympian so far, with a total of 28 medals. At the 2016 Summer Rio Olympics, he also won five gold medals, making him the most successful athlete of the Games for the fourth Olympics in a row. After the 2008 Summer Olympics, Phelps even started the Michael Phelps Foundation, which focuses on popularising the sport of swimming and promoting healthier lifestyles. So he is well known for both his skills in swimming and his enthusiasm for charities. I began to like him since the 2008 Beying Olympic Games. His skilful performance really left a deep impression on me. He was quite like a fish in the water when he was competing with other swimmers. Actually, I was not a sports enthusiast at that time. But after that summer, I found myself fall in love with swimming and realised the great importance of regular exercises. It is known that swimming is one of the most effective ways to shape body and keep the figure slim. So if I am lucky enough to meet him, I may take this advantage to learn from him about how to improve my swimming skills. And most importantly, we know swimming need stamina and perseverance. So I hope I can get inspiration and encouragement from his experiences by talking with him.
