Miss Anderson has a pleasant, easy-going personality which has won her many friends among her colleagues. She is leaving our company on her own will in order to seek advancement and we are sorry to lose her.
   So I would be pleased if her application for the post in the advertisement would be put into your kind consideration. And certainly there is no doubt that she will live up to my expectations once employed.
