答案
As shown in the graph, in 1990 there were only 81,600 private cars in China, much less than the latest statistics of 10.59 million. There is no doubt that private cars have been developing at a considerable rate. With their living conditions greatly improved, more and more Chinese people have afforded their own cars. Occasionally, you can even see speedy sports cars or luxuriously fancy cars running on the way. No matter whether you would like to meet the fact or not, there will be by no means to prevent private cars from ever increasing. In my opinion, it is natural that with the development of private cars, there come such troubles as air pollution, noise pollution, and especially traffic jams. Firstly, cars consume a great deal of fuel so that our oil resource will ha soon run out. Many experts stress that our country will be no longer rich in oil with too much consumption. In addition, more and more private cars will have environmental pollution more serious, which will do harm to human beings. One more trouble cranes from traffic jams in big cities. Heavy traffic will make much time waste for nothing and accidents happen from time to time. To sum up, I think it is high time that concerned administration in charge of communications paid more attention to an above problems arising from the rapid growth of private cars yearly.
