   同时也必须看到，经济全球化是一把双刃剑。由于不合理、不公正的国际政治经济秩序没有得到根本改变，经济全球化加剧了各国各地区发展的不平衡性，尤其是使南北的发展差距、贫富差距进一步扩大。
