答案 What an attention-grabbing cartoon! In the picture, numerous cars block each other, and they form a traffic jam. Everyone is waiting in a long queue, and no one can move. The picture reveals the traffic jam which is always a troublesome issue in most metropolises of our country. People always waste lots of time on their way home or to work, and sometimes may even get involved in an accident. In order to ease the traffic jam, I think various measures have to be adopted and both the government and individuals could not shirk their duty. In the first place, our government should build more transport infrastructures or meliorate traffic system. Furthermore, the government should open up more bus routes to complete the whole bus network. While at the same time, the public efforts are also indispensable. What we should do is very simple. First, let us comply with traffic regulations and strengthen the awareness of safety. Second, whenever we go out we had better choose public transport and reduce the use of private cars, which can not only relieve traffic congestion but also minimize pollution. Kill two birds with one stone. Why not? I am firmly convinced that under the joint effort of the government and citizens, the traffic condition, especially the traffic jam in our country, will be improved in the near future.
