With the help of the counter-acting force of the spring, the man is able to run faster and easier. The spring represents the various pressures most of us have to face in our lives. While enormous stress may have the potential to adversely affect people’ s health, a certain degree of pressure would benefit us by acting as a source of motivation. Under pressure, we can bring out our potential to the best in order to meet the challenge. To make the best of pressure, we should think positively in the first place. As pressure is largely inevitable, it is pointless to be excessively worried about the harsh situation. On the contrary, it would be of great help to maintain a healthy lifestyle and thus mitigate pressure. In conclusion, we need pressure and challenge to be motivated. When burdened with pressure, our potential is explored and we would be able to work more efficiently. Only by thinking positively, regarding pressure as an impetus and leading a healthy lifestyle can we handle pressure successively.
