At a zebra crossing, a car is about to bump on a dustbin on the road side, while the driver is still enjoying the alcohol and ignorant of what is happening. A car is a weapon when used irresponsibly. Therefore, it is of high priority for the citizens to increase their sense of responsibility, or level of morality. In the meantime, I suggest that the government increase the penalties for drunk driving and strengthen the law enforcement, for the penalty of traffic violation is no longer enough.
