Welcome to today’s caf training session. This will be the first of 4 days of training. Today you will be learning how to make coffee. I realize that many of you already make coffee, probably at home or for your friends, but serving coffee in a caf can be quite different. Many factors can affect the quality of a cup of coffee. The two most obvious are the quality of the coffee and the quality of the water. Now, I would like you to look at the table in front of you. Here we have 5 different kinds of coffee, all with different tastes. With a partner, I would like you to try each one and try to describe them.
