答案 China is Not Ready for E-education Here comes an issue that whether China is ready for E-education, which is conducted in the environment of the internet. Some people or researchers believe that since the reform and opening-up of China in 1978, the economical environment and the quality of human resources have improved a lot, and when e-ntering the 21st century, which also been known as the information era, the quality of our educator and the economic capability of our country have been getting more and more better, so it is just the time to develop the E-education. For one thing, we can not defy that the development of our economy has become better than the beginning of the reform and opening-up period of China. But the development of our economy is very unbalanced , which means that there exist great regional disparities in economic prosperity and its durable capabilities. There is no problem of bearing this sum of expenses in the east of China where the economic situation is good. But the situation in the interior of China is just contrary, serious questions such as lack of fund and low quality of the human would lead to the failure of this educational pattern. For another thing, the internet environment and the internet regulation system is defective. Along with the flourish of the information technology, computer games, violence contents and network crimes all companied with it. E-education, which may basically be established on internet, would face a problem of leading to no progress to the being educated if there is no effective regulation on the network behavior or healthy-tied mechanism. In conclusion, China is not ready for E-education at present. This pattern of education could be realized until the establishment of healthy internet-tied mechanism and the development of Midwest Economy.
