答案 In the picture, two kids are rowing a boat across the sea in the dark. In the distance, a lighthouse is vis ible and a shaft of light is coming from it. The light house is indicative of "school" and the source of light "knowledge", which is represented by a book held up in a teacher’s hands. This picture gives us graphic illustration of the importance of knowledge, which enlightens us when we are lost or in difficulties. As a student, I value knowledge and also believe that a knowledgeable person is often happier and wiser. To begin with, knowledge keeps our mind open. They are more open to new ideas and are more likely to live a colorful and non-confrontational life. Besides, knowl edge enables us to make judicious choices. There are times when we confront dilemmas, having no idea which to choose. If we refer to the information and knowledge relevant to the options, we could better weigh the pros and cons, and make a wise decision. Therefore, we should try our best to master all kinds of knowledge, which can illuminate the direction for us.
