答案 The bar chart given above has seen the change of time Chinese netizens spend on the Internet per week. The average time spent on the Internet was about 19.9 hours in June 2012, then it climbed to 21.7 in June 2012. However, there was a sudden decline in the average time from 25.9 hours in June 2014 to 25.6 hours in June 2015. Several reasons account for that. Firstly, with the development of technological and society, Chinese people have easier access to devices such as laptop, smart phones and i-pad so that they can surf the Internet whenever and wherever they like. Secondly, netizens can enjoy more convenient online recreations, for instance, watching movies and playing electronic games. Thirdly, as online stores provide a variety of goods with relatively low price, many people are fond of online-shopping. Finally, some people realize that the Internet also brings some problems such as Internet addiction, a waste of time and harm to health, so they try to cut down the time or even stop using the Internet. Therefore, we should not only make the best use of the Internet, but also reduce the negative influences.
