They are crazy for everything prevailing in society, from clothes to luxurious mobile phones. The reasons behind such a phenomenon can be summarized as follow : First, college students are open-minded and are willing to accept new things, so pursuing famous brands my well reflect their pioneering spirit. Second, in modern society, famous brands mean fashion to some extent, which has drawn college students’ attention. What’ s more, some students were spoiled when they were children, which leads to such a terrible consumption habit. As far as I am concerned, college students should have the pioneering spirit. However, the spirit cannot be reflected in pursuing fashion, but by their great academic achievements. What they should do is put determined efforts into studying to achieve better academic performance, instead of more expensive famous brand products.
