答案 As is depicted in the cartoon, two men are chained tightly with the housing loan and oil. It is obvious that buying a house or a car costs so large amount of their income that their life has become very hard to move on. Actually, house and car have put heavy burden on many people. Chinese people especially city-dwellers dream to buy their own house and ear, but the prices are increasing very fast. Some young couples often purchase house and car by applying bank loan or borrowing money from their parents and relatives. Consequently, they are completely locked by the heavy loan. So they have to limit their spending to compensate the loans which lowers their living standard. Nowadays, the housing and car burden have caused some serious social problems. Therefore, we must take some measures to solve the problem. On the one hand, our government should try to lower the prices of housing and oil. On the other hand, those low-income persons should evaluate their own purchasing power carefully and make right decisions. In a word, we must avoid becoming "house-slave" or "car-slave".
