    I am pleased to certify that Ms. Hui-wen Zhang was a full-time employee of Zhida Co., Ltd. for a period of three years from June 1996 to June 1999. Ms. Zhang worked for us as an executive secretary in the international division. Her work consisted primarily of such secretarial duties as scheduling appointments, making arrangements for staff correspondence. She re signed from the company on December 1, 1999 for personal reasons.
