For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay entitled Nine-to-five Routine or Flexible Working? You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words following the outline given below.
1.有人喜欢传统的“朝九晚五”工作,有人喜欢弹性工作
2.我的看法是……
选项
答案
Amid the traditional nine-to-five work style, there has emerged flexible working, which gives workers far greater leeway in terms of the time when they begin and end works. Some people prefer flexible working, while others insist that the nine-to-five routine is more preferable. I am in favor of flexible working. First of all, flexible working hours render employees much more freedom. Employees can do their jobs in accordance with things that are changing in their life, such as the traffic jam, the sudden sickness of some family member and so on. Second, flexible working hours can bring various pleasant rewards to the company, such as happier and more loyal employees, more satisfaction with the jobs, higher working efficiency and so on. From what has been discussed above, we could safely draw the conclusion that catering to the requirements of both employees and employers, flexible working hours will be preferable for a lot of people.
