An official in the department of Giinther Oettinger, the EU commissioner for energy, said no targets were【C15】________needed for later. He is also  against  raising  the  current  target  to【C16】________emissions from  20% by 2020 to  30%,【C17】________some member states—including the UK, France and Germany— have proposed.
    In its  "Roadmap to 2050", the European commission【C18】________that the share of low-carbon technologies—【C19】________renewables, nuclear power, and carbon capture and【C20】________—in the electricity mix would have to rise to 75% or 80% by 2030.
