    Our company is working on opening a new office in Germany. The Executive Committee is planning to hold a meeting with all managers. We will meet from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on May 26th in the boardroom, Hamilton Building.
    The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the responsibilities and qualifications of the leader for the new office. All managers are required to attend the meeting. They are welcome to nominate candidates for this position. Please tell them to send the materials of their nominees to my secretary Julie by May 24th. Their nominations will be discussed at the meeting.
