This reflects that reducing our carbon footprints is a hot topic these days. With the promotion of environmental protection among people, it has become fashionable to live a low-carbon life. The use of fossil fuels releases carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, which affects the ozone layer in a negative way. By eating less animal fat, using less electricity, saving water, limiting car journeys and reducing the air transport of food and products from faraway places, we can contribute a lot to our environment. When having realized that we are leaving carbon footprints in the atmosphere, we can reduce the damage caused to the ozone level by leading a healthy low-carbon lifestyle. Only in this way can we keep the balance between the development of the society and the health of the nature.
