答案 Scientific Attitude In modern society science and technology have become so important that they have attracted more and more people to embark the career of scientific research. However, one question must be faced directly: how to be a good researcher? In other words, what is scientific attitude? In my opinion, scientific attitude refers to the special methods of thought and action which scientists use in their work. First of all, a successful scientist is full of curiosity because he wants to find out how and why the universe works. And he usually directs his attention towards problems that he notices have no satisfactory explanation. He is also a good observer and applies logical thought to the observation he makes. He utilizes the facts he observes to the fullest extent rather than accepting statements that are not based on the most complete evidence available. If a person has formed the habit of being suspicious on learning knowledge, he is just on the way to the effective scientific research. Furthermore, a scientist is not only critical of the work of others, but also of his own, since be knows that a number of factors tend to disturb objective investigation.
