Two weeks ago, I borrowed a book—Practical Writing and Reading on NETEM—from our library. Unfortunately my schoolbag was stolen yesterday and the book was lost. I am writing to apologize to you. I feel terribly sorry and do know that any apology is pale and futile for the time being.
