One evening in 1993, Trevor Baylis was watching a programme on television about the AIDS epidemic in Africa. It took him two to three months to get a concept off the ground and decide that his idea could really【C4】wo______. He filed a patent, and then the problems began. By April of the following year he was a very frustrated man. He had been trying to find a backer for his idea,【C5】______every British company he had contacted had turned him down. Trevor Baylis was approached by a South African businessman, and soon money was found to establish a company with a factory based in Cape Town.
