A looser corporate culture makes it easier for fraud to thrive than when there’s a more rigid corporate structure. Humans can be weak. When you see management that has absolute power and a lack of transparency, you are more likely to see fraud. So business ethics is so important that we’d better ask all employees to learn it well.
