Second, as the world becomes competitive, parents realize that only a sound education can guarantee their children a decent standard of living in the future. But still, many parents just blindly follow others to invest in their children’ s education because they don’t have a clear idea themselves. (3) While recognizing the importance of a good education, people should not lose sight of the goal of learning. Not all useful skills are acquired from academic study. Parents should carefully consider their children’ s aptitudes before recklessly spending money on an expensive education.
