It refers to a good way in which we sincerely and genuinely show politeness, kindness, friendship and respect to people. It is very important for our relationships with others because we are often judged by our manners, which shows our education and our inner qualities. Understanding can help us to warm each other’s hearts and win friendships. Once one strives to understand the experience and perspective of another, he/she can avoid much trouble and conflict, thus making life more peaceful and just for all.
