Cheng Jun: This is a good news that many of our employees have dreamed for years, right? We have to be careful, make sure that all the qualified and good employees can get it. Zhang Yue: I couldn’t agree more. But it’s really a complex and challenging work to decide who can get it, especially when we have such a large amount of staff and so many things to take into account. Cheng Jun: Yes, that’s true. What do you think would be the important requirement? Zhang Yue: Contribution, I think. The employees who contribute more should be given the priority here. Much contribution means much work and much engagement. What do you think? Cheng Jun: I agree.
