A variety of factors have led me to make this decision. First and foremost, running my own business means freedom and independence. In addition, I like starting my own business in that I can learn a lot and accumulate experience from a variety of potential challenges. For instance, in order to make the new business operate quickly, I need to possess high expertise in a short period of time. Last but definitely not the least, starting a business of my own can make me more responsible because it’ s my responsibility to give my employees a better welfare. In a word, nothing, not even a big salary, can equal to the satisfaction of being your own boss.
