And the competition of companies having a staff of more than 10, 000 is roughly the same with those having 1,000-9,999 personnel or 500-999 workers. First of all, larger companies have relatively mature training system and promotion system, so employees have more opportunities to realize their values. Taking stability and prospect into account, many applicants tend to work in large firms. Besides, larger enterprises can offer a huge salary and better welfare, which attracts many excellent candidates. In conclusion, it is understandable for people to choose big businesses. However, the size of the company shouldn’t be the only factor to influence our decisions, because companies with more than 10, 000 staff have no clear competitive advantages. After all, the best job is the one that suits you most.
