They should also learn how to identify unhealthy behavior or thoughts and make changes accordingly. To conclude, universities should pay more attention to students’ mental health, and put more effort into developing mental health counseling system on campus, whereas students should try to stay positive and optimistic, and find ways to solve their own problems.
