With whom did Swedish Defense Minister sign two defense agreements?

Swedish Defense Minister Anders Bjorcl and his German counterpart Volker Ruehe yesterday signed two defense agreements. The conclusion of the agreements during a visit to Sweden by Ruehe follows Stockholm’s decision in January to buy from Germany Leopard -- 2 battle tanks worth an estimated $ 1 billion. The second agreement covers industrial co-operation for military equipment projects.
