The study found a positive correlationbetween happiness and【B8】______ in both American and European data, but not in Latin America. Thepossible reason: Self-employment may be a【B9】______in developing countries where formal employment isnot as readily available. When it’s not a choice, it doesn’t lead to happiness. Higher living standards【B10】______increased happiness in some countries, but not all.
