Which of the following can Mr. Butler NOT be normally regarded as?
W: There is Mr. Butler. He had comparatively no advantages at first. He lingered for years before he went to work in a printing-office, and he got three dollars a week, at first. His income today is at least thirty thousand a year. How did he do it? He was honest, faithful, and industrious, and economical. He denied himself the enjoyments that most boys indulge in.

W: He cooked for himself on a little kerosene stove.
M: There’s one thing I’ll bet you he fed himself like that for years and years, on a boy’s stomach, and I bet his stomach’s none too good now for it. I’1l bet he’s got dyspepsia right now!
W: Yes, he has, but...
