It indicates that cultures have no borders—national and international ones complement each other. China, with a profound cultural accumulation, has integrated into the international community in the wake of its reform and opening up policy, offering foreigners more access to our colorful and diversified culture. In recent years in particular, the appearance of information superhighway has accelerated the cultural integration all over the world.
