Event Coordinators
Corporate event coordinators organize and negotiate all aspects of events on behalf of the company including pricing, location, vendors and maintaining budgets for the event. A degree in Business Administration or Hospitality is required as well as five years of experience in event planning.
Junior Accountant
A college degree in accounting is a prerequisite for this position. Other desirable attributes include mathematical aptitude and analytical ability. Duties and responsibilities include posting journal entries, updating financial statements, preparing monthly financial reports, calculating payroll taxes. Must have a degree in Finance or Accounting.
Assistant Publicist
The Assistant Publicist will be asked to perform secretarial work, such as drafting press releases, making phone calls, confirming appointments, researching, etc. Candidates must have a degree and at least two years of experience in Communications or Public Relations.
Web Manager
Develop and maintain our company’s Web site. Must be creative and independently motivated. Relevant experience is a necessary prerequisite; formal training is preferred.
