On which floor is the Personnel Department located?

Good morning, and welcome to Parker Industrial. First of all, I’ll show you around. Well, reception is on the ground floor. Sales and Purchasing are located here, too. Moving up to the first floor, you can find two very important departments—Accounts and Marketing. Personnel and After-sales are located on the second floor. Finally, the third floor has a very important department—the canteen!

M: Hello. This is Bill Brickwood from BETC. I’m calling about an order we made last month for tables and chairs. You sent us 68 tables and 72 chairs, but that’s not the correct quantity.
W: I’m sorry about that. Could I have the order number, please?
M: Yes. It’s JL 343.
W: JL 343. Oh, That’s it-70 tables and 72 chairs. We’re very sorry for what happened. But we’ll send the rest to you as soon as possible.
