Thank you for your interest in JTX Steel Company. Please be informed of these steps in the employment process:
As you read the application requirements on the advertisement, your application requirements should be submitted to Human Resources Department. Our HR managers will review applications and prepare a shortlist. Next, shortlisted applicants will take a qualifying examination. The application forms of those who fail are kept by Personnel.
After that, qualified applicants undergo a first interview, and some of them will undergo a second(final)interview. Successful candidates will receive a job offer within a week. If you have any questions, feel free to email me.
