答案 There has been a heated debate over how reliable cyber love is and how risky it is to get whole-heartedly involved in it. Cyber love seems a kind of fantastic thing to those who have been addicted to online romance. But I would rather express my love to someone whom I can see, speak to, stay with than one in the virtual cyber world. The following reasons may support my preference. First, cyber love is unrealistic at times. It is usually based on young people’s fantasy about love and therefore beautiful and sweet in their mind. Yet love means more than imagination and sweetness. Love is realistic understanding and caring for and sharing with your partner in reality, so unrealistic cyber love won’t last for long. Second, cyber love could be deceptive. Unlike the real world, the Internet community enables netizens to hide themselves behind a screen. One may speak untruthfully to others without being found out and vice versa The person with whom you fall in love in the romantic world may be a criminal or may be married. Who knows? In a word, we shouldn’t expect too much rationality or persistency from the romantic love on the Internet.
