M: That seems OK. What about experience?
F: They want someone with a minimum of 10 years’ experience and someone who can speak German.
M: What a pity! I’m afraid I’ve never learnt German.
F: This next one may be all right for you. Assistant Manager, A Sales Department of a large national engineering company. Salary approximately ￡24,000 with car and benefits. Aged preferably between 25 and 35 with over 5 years’ experience.
