W: Hello, is this Technical Support?
M: Yes, it is. How may I help you?
W: Well, I bought a computer last week, but now the cup-holder on it is broken. How do I go about getting that fixed?
M: I’m sorry, but did you say"a cup-holder"?
W: Yes, it’s fixed to the side of my computer.
M: Please excuse me, but I just don’t understand. How did you get this cup-holder? Did you get it at a trade show? Does it have anything written on it?
