答案 The table provides a summary of how 920 surveyed migrant workers seek help when they face difficulties. Over half of them, or 55.6%, choose to solve problems by themselves. 24.2% would ask their friends or fellow countrymen for help. A further 9.6% would seek help from the trade union, 6.1% from the government, and 4.5% from the organization in which they work. As can be seen, a large number of migrant workers try to solve problems on their own, while only a small number of them solicit help from the government. I think government agencies can take some action to help migrant workers. For instance, service hotlines or service windows for migrant workers can be opened to offer help to them. In addition, government agencies can cooperate with universities, which would send out their voluntary students to help migrant workers out. To conclude, the above proactive measures will enable migrant workers to understand their rightful ways of seeking help and getting help in time.
