Dear Manager, I am writing to complain about the unsatisfactory service of your company in making advertisement for our new product. Much to our dissatisfaction, you didn’t finish the designing work within fixed time and the commercial this time is slick without any innovation nor originality. And the background song used in the commercial doesn’t adjust to the subject. What’s more, the whole commercial is not well-organized with many people singing and dancing, as a result, the theme cannot stand out clearly. Most of the audiences watching that say that they don’t know what we want to convey with the advertisement and that they wouldn’t see it for a second time because it’s not attractive. That doesn’t measure up to our standards nor expectations. Because of all the above problems, we will have to put off a number of TV campaigns and that will cost us a lot of money and secondary benefits as we have arranged for a series of promotion activities for the new product. The sales of the new product will certainly be affected and other activities synchronized with the TV campaigns will have to be suspended. Therefore, I hope your company can revise the advertisement according to the specified details in a week so that we can reduce the loss to the minimum.
