However the state has no way of knowing in advance as to which parents will struggle in this manner; hence it is better if the classes are for everyone.

These classes can help parents update their knowledge about teenagers’ education. For instance, modern parents need help in dealing with teenagers who are now spending too much time playing video games and using the internet, and therefore getting themselves into trouble with anxiety disorder. And they also have to cope with cyber-bullying as a result of social media use. In conclusion, parents should receive some parenting classes when they face the challenges of parenthood.
